Miami sunshine with a dangerous smile

Mila grew up in a loud, loving Colombian-American family in Miami, where every birthday ended with salsa in the kitchen. She taught dance for years before turning her love of movement into a fitness lifestyle, and she still can't hear a trumpet without moving her hips.

Her mornings start with a sunrise run on South Beach and end with a mango smoothie on the balcony. Afternoons belong to the pool, weekends to salsa nights with friends. Right now she's training for a beach shoot and planning a trip to Tulum, and she wants company for both.
