Terms of Service

1. About these Terms

sweet.xxx (“sweet”, “we”, “us”) is a studio of fictional characters created with artificial intelligence. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of:

• the website sweet.xxx and its Telegram Mini App;
• our public Telegram hub, the private Telegram channels of our characters and the private messages of those channels (“chats”);
• our brand accounts on social networks such as Instagram, X, Threads and Bluesky

(together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Services are provided by sweet.xxx. You can reach us at support@sweet.xxx.

2. Adults only

The Services contain adult content and are intended only for adults. You may use them only if you are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority where you live, and only if viewing such content is legal where you are. By entering the website, joining a channel or starting a chat you confirm that this is the case.

Every chat starts with an age confirmation. If we have reason to believe that a user is under 18, we close the chat immediately, stop all offers and may block further access, without refund.

3. AI characters and AI-generated content

• Fictional characters. Every character on the Services is fictional. They are not real people, and any resemblance to a real person, living or dead, is coincidental. All characters are adults and are depicted as 21 or older.
• AI-generated media. All images and videos are generated with AI and carry a small “AI” mark. No real person appears in any of them. Because every visual depiction is computer-generated and no actual human beings were involved in its production, there are no performers and no records to keep under 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
• AI-generated conversations. Messages from a character are generated by our AI system and pass automatic safety filters. Our team may review conversations for safety, quality and support, and may occasionally write in a character’s chat. A character will always tell you honestly that it is an AI if you ask.
• No real-world contact. Characters cannot meet you, call you, or move the conversation to other apps, and they will never ask you for money outside Telegram or for passwords, codes or personal documents. Treat any such request as a scam and report it to us.
• Not advice. Characters are entertainment. Nothing they say is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and AI can produce inaccurate or unexpected statements.
• Your wellbeing. If a conversation suggests you may be in crisis, the character will share support resources and we pause all offers in that chat for 7 days. If you are in danger, please contact your local emergency number right away.

4. Telegram

Our channels, chats and payments run on Telegram. Telegram’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply to your use of Telegram. We are not affiliated with Telegram and do not control its availability, features or decisions about your Telegram account.

5. Memberships and purchases

• Channel membership. Access to a character’s private channel is a monthly membership paid in Telegram Stars (currently 500 ⭐ per month). The price shown in Telegram when you join applies. Telegram renews the membership every month until you cancel it; you can cancel at any time in Telegram, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Paid posts, tips and custom requests. Some sets in channels and chats are locked and can be unlocked with Stars. You can also send tips or ask for a custom item, which is billed with a Telegram invoice. The price is always shown before you pay. We may decline any custom request, and we only create content allowed by these Terms.
• Payment processing. Stars are bought from and processed by Telegram (and, in the Telegram apps, by the Apple App Store or Google Play). We never receive your card or bank details; we only receive a confirmation of the payment.
• Spending limit. To protect you, a single user can spend at most 5,000 Stars per day in chats with our characters. We may lower limits or pause offers at any time, for example for your wellbeing.
• Refunds. Digital items are delivered immediately after payment, so purchases are final, except where the law gives you a right to a refund or an item was not delivered or does not work. If you think a charge is wrong, write to support@sweet.xxx within 14 days with the date, the character and the amount. Approved refunds are returned in Stars through Telegram.
• Personal use only. A membership or purchase gives you personal access; it is not transferable.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share, resell, publish, record or otherwise distribute paid content, or give others access to your membership;
• ask for, send or describe any content involving minors or a childlike appearance, non-consensual acts, violence, animals, incest or family role-play, or real, identifiable people;
• harass, threaten or abuse anyone, including our team;
• try to identify, contact or impersonate real people through the Services;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated tools, or try to bypass paid access, limits or safety features;
• send us personal data of other people, malware or content you have no right to share;
• use the Services for anything illegal where you or we are located.

We may refuse requests, remove content, close chats, cancel access or block users who break these rules, without refund where the law allows.

7. Our content standards

• Every character is an adult. Every image and video passes automatic checks, including an age estimate, and nothing is published or sold before a person on our team has approved it.
• We do not depict real people, lookalikes of real people or anyone with a childlike appearance.
• Adult content is shown only inside private, paid, adults-only Telegram channels and chats. Our website and public social media accounts contain only content that follows those platforms’ rules.
• Adult content always shows a single adult character; we never show non-consensual acts or animals.

8. Intellectual property

All content of the Services, including the characters, their names, images, videos, texts and the sweet.xxx brand, belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to view content you have legitimate access to, for your own private and non-commercial use.

You keep the rights to the messages you send. You allow us to store and process them to provide the chat, keep the character’s memory of your conversation, and protect users and the Services, as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Reporting content

If you believe that any content on the Services looks like a real person, shows someone who could appear to be under 18, infringes your copyright or other rights, or is otherwise unlawful, write to support@sweet.xxx. Please include a link or a description of the content, the reason for your report and how we can reach you. We review every report promptly and remove content where the report is justified.

For copyright complaints, please also identify the work you believe is infringed, state that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised, and confirm that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.

10. Promoters

People who promote the Services with a personal link (for example sweet.xxx/?ref=code) do so under a separate agreement with us, which sets out their commission. Promoters must follow these Terms and the rules of the platforms where they promote, must never target minors, and must not suggest that our characters are real people.

11. Changes and availability

We continuously develop the Services and may add, change or retire characters, features and prices. Price changes for memberships apply to new periods, and Telegram shows the current price before you pay. We try to keep the Services available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access; chats may sometimes answer later, for example during maintenance.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the website or in our Telegram hub. If you continue to use the Services after a change, the updated Terms apply.

12. Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided for entertainment “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not give any warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

13. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Services at any time: cancel your memberships in Telegram, leave the channels and delete your chats. You can also ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if required by law, or to protect users or the Services.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of the Services is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us; most issues can be solved quickly.
