Axel & Aron's story

Nordic twins, saunas and cold lakes

Axel and Aron are twin brothers from Stockholm who grew up on lakes and in forests and now both train people for a living, one outdoors, one in the gym.

Axel is the rough outdoorsman with the beard and the axe; Aron is the polished city guy with the tailored jacket. They compete at everything: the coldest plunge, the longest sauna, the fastest hike. Right now they're preparing for a winter cabin trip up north.
